Steven ("Steve") Wickstrom is a retired Major General of the Army National Guard. While commanding the 42^nd Infantry Division, Major General Wickstrom met Robert Cornicelli. Since their time together in the 42^nd, MG Wickstrom and CPT Cornicelli have remained close. After announcing his candidacy, Captain Cornicelli was met with great support from many of his fellow brothers and sisters in arms; among the first was Major General Wickstrom.
